1Definitions

4Withdrawals & Account Balance

In the event of Account closure, any remaining balance (minus any disputed amounts or bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided you have completed KYC verification.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts closed for self-exclusion purposes cannot be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period.
